Marissa Hays - LCSW

Life is a rollercoaster, a box of chocolates and a beautiful journey all rolled into one. Sometimes we benefit from guidance and support navigating our thoughts, emotions, interpersonal relationships and the world around us. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in adolescents & young adults age 12 -25. Whether it is mending a broken heart, dealing with family conflict, navigating school issues, dealing with loss, feeling hopeless or overwhelming anxiety, let us figure it out together in a judgement free, safe space.


I believe a genuine & strong therapeutic relationship is the key to success in therapy. I will greet you with unconditional positive regard, respect, acceptance & humor. Ross E Brutman - Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor.  His specialties include all anxiety disorders, developmental disabilities, and at-risk youth.  Under the tutelage of Dr. Patrick McGrath, world renowned anxiety expert and author, Ross was trained at Rogers Memorial Hospital, through the Behavioral Therapy Training Institute. Treatment includes OCD, Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, and Social Anxiety.  Ross also has been providing counseling to individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as at-risk youth for over a decade.  This includes crisis, behavioral, and familial counseling. His therapeutic styles are eclectic, however, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP) and/or Solution-Focused are most often utilized. He also supervises other therapists and provides clinical consultations in all settings.



Ryan Kathleen Norton - Licensed Professional Counselor and registered, board certified Art Therapist. She received a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Monmouth University in New Jersey, and A Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts in New York where she had been an adjunct instructor teaching Studio Art Therapy Techniques for the past 4 years. Ryan has 11 years of clinical experience in psychiatric settings providing art psychotherapy, group therapy, individual therapy and family counseling. Ryan is currently working as the inpatient Supervisor of Adjunct Therapy at Monmouth Medical Center, Barnabas Health.



Meridith Herwig  - Has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past ten years. She began her education at La Salle University, where she received her BA in Psychology. She then went on to complete her Master's degree in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Forensic Psychology from Rosemont College. Meridith creates a comfortable and empathetic environment to help her clients address their concerns. She believes in a client centered & solution-focused approach, while utilizing varying therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each individual. She has extensive training and experience working with issues such as parent/child conflict, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, truancy, crisis intervention, behavioral issues and with individuals involved with the criminal justice system. Meridith is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is currently accepting new clients. 



Jordon Lupon - Licensed Professional Counselor. 

Jordon received his Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University. Upon Graduation Jordon worked in various settings in the field of Mental Health working with children, adolescents and adults. Jordon enjoys working with pre-teens, teenagers and adults. Jordon utilizes CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Tx and Reality Therapy. Jordon has worked extensively with teenagers and their families to meet their mental health, behavioral health, education, substance use/abuse needs. 



Stephanie Englander - LPC, LCADC, NCC, SAC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, specializing in both substance abuse and mental health counseling for adolescents and adults. I have worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and schools. I have extensive clinical experience with substance abuse treatment and recovery.

When considering a therapist, it is important to find the right fit for you. I pride myself on being a dynamic professional that does his best to tailor a treatment plan centered around my individual clients' needs, motivations and interests.
Throughout my career I have worked with various populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, groups, and families. i have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including various hospital, school and outpatient programs. During this time, I worked with children and families with various disorders and disabilities including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, self-esteem, attachment disorders, autism spectrum, self-harm, OCD, PTSD, panic Disorders, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and genetic disorders.
In addition to CBT, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavioral Techniques and a Client Centered approach in my practice. Therapeutic relationships are built upon trust. Collaboration with my clients is the most important factor in identifying goals, needs and frequency of treatment.
